great service but small pool

The front desk staff were exceptional! They remembered my name and always greeted me warmly. Housekeeping maintained a pleasant and clean environment in my room. Additionally, I loved having a city view in my South Beach Suite, making the mornings feel vibrant and alive.

The pool area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

The private rooftop jacuzzi views were amazing! I really enjoyed the happy hour drinks after a long day.

i had a great stay at ocean hotel, classico a sonesta collection. the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help me, especially when they found my lost items. the fitness facilities were great for keeping active and energized during my stay. the location was really convenient, not to mention you can get service from the front porch poolside.

I stayed in a Spa Suite for 1 night and really appreciated the quick check-in process and the complimentary glass of champagne. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from South Beach, and the room itself was spacious and relaxing.
